Educate Green’s Sprouts Clubs are the perfect blend of fun and education. Designed to complement the primary curriculum, our after-school clubs offer a green twist, equipping children with the knowledge, skills, and values to face our changing world.

What We Do

At Educate Green, we provide high-quality after-school clubs for children. We value belonging, identity and having fun as well as learning skills and values. We are passionate about improving children's wellbeing and nurturing them as they ‘sprout’ into tomorrow’s leaders.

Our Team

Our team at Educate Green is made up of passionate teachers and leaders who understand the importance of having fun whilst learning new skills. Every child is different and we're dedicated to to helping children develop green skills and values.

Our Classes

We are dedicated to delivering a range of different classes to meet different needs and preferences.

STEM

Our STEM classes are for the most curious, science-loving children. We do fun science experiments and construction activities ranging from making biospheres to exploring solar energy and from writing in invisible ink to making our own lava lamps. Every week is guaranteed to be fun!

Gardening

Our gardening classes are for the most green-fingered children. We grow our own plants and food, learn about pollinators and worms, and keep busy with composting and other essential garden tasks. Every week is guaranteed to be fun!

Art & Craft

Our art and craft classes are for the most creative, hands-on children. We do fun arts and crafts activities ranging from junk modelling to recycled crafts and from making eco play dough to making natural dyes. Every week is guaranteed to be fun!

Nature Explorers

Our nature explorer classes are for the most nature-loving children. We explore the natural world, learning about birds, wildlife, bugs, and plants up close and personal - after all being in nature is so good for our wellbeing. Every week is guaranteed to be fun!

Cooking

Our cooking classes are for those children who love to get busy in the kitchen. We cover kitchen safety, food and hygiene, nutrition, and of course lots of cooking. We love to explore different dishes so there’s always something to please. Every week is guaranteed to be fun!

Eco Warriors

Our eco warrior classes are for those children who are passionate about doing their part. We learn about eco citizenship and everyday eco habits like litter picking, saving energy, fundraising, and running campaigns. Every week is guaranteed to be fun!

  • Unlike other after-school clubs, we offer a green twist, embedding key skills and values into our curriculum so that your children can develop the tools necessary to tackle today’s challenges and become tomorrow’s leaders.

  • We offer a range of classes including STEM, art and craft, cooking, gardening, nature explorers, and eco warriors, although we are always looking to expand our repertoire so watch this space!

  • If you are a school, get in touch and we will get everything set up. If you are a parent and our Sprouts club is in your school, then register on our portal to book your child’s space. If our Sprouts club is not in your school though, please contact your school to register your interest and ask them to contact us.

  • Yes! We are always on the lookout for new teachers who can deliver classes in new schools. Please head over to the Join Us page and complete the Expression of Interest form to become a teacher ambassador.

  • Yes, all teachers are vetted as part of the onboarding process. They must all hold an enhanced DBS certificate applicable to working with children and must all agree to our T&Cs. We also strongly encourage and seek to facilitate additional documentation such as safeguarding certification and first aid.

  • We require block-booking and this in done in half-termly blocks. You may join part-way through the half-term though and the cost for this will be the total of the remaining sessions that half-term.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for absence.
